

Andy Bolton Seminar
Andy Bolton will be coming to The Letchworth Club to lead a seminar all this Deadlift.
Andy was the first person ever to break the 1,000lb barrier on the Deadlift, he will be coming to coach and cue YOUR Deadlift. Andy will be talking through his experiences in Powerlifting, and deep-diving into the Deadlift, you will be lifting under his watchful eye and learning from one of the best to ever do it.
You’ll want to bring a notepad for this one.
Due to the nature of this seminar, there is a cap on attendees, no more than 20 so we can make sure you get the most attention and guidance from Andy possible.
It’ll be a first-come-first-served basis. We can’t save spaces, payment secures your space.
We will have a reserve list in case anyone drops out. You don’t have to pay to be on the reserve list but will need to pay the ticket fee before the event.

Weigh-In Times – Please note: Twenty-four hours prior to the competition, if it begins at 9 a.m., the weigh-in would occur from 9 to 10 a.m. on the day before the competition. Conversely, if the competition starts at 10 a.m., the weigh-in would be scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. on the preceding day. Additionally, there is an afternoon weigh-in from 5 to 6 p.m. on that day. On the day of the competition itself, the weigh-ins will be conducted from 7 to 8 a.m. if the competition commences at 9 a.m., or from 8 to 9 a.m. if the competition starts at 10 a.m.

Tom Hibbert Seminar
The Letchworth Club is hosting Tom Hibbert; former 3-time England’s Strongest Man and World Record holder, coach to some of the worlds strongest men and women. His knowledge has lead to him coach athletes to World Title’s and 28 World Records, and counting. Mentored by the late, great Charles Poliquin, Tom’s knowledge and coaching expertise is world class.
Tom will be here to talk about the ‘BIG 5’, the main movements you should be focusing on in order to improve your performance in Strongman, whether you’re new to the sport or have competitions under your belt, Tom’s knowledge and experience is invaluable and will only ever benefit you.
Whether you’re and athlete or a coach, a Strongman, Powerlifter or sprinter, you WILL learn a lot from this seminar.
